Grow Your Own Way - 10 x 6ft Mural
Mural commissioned by Cottage Industries for their community garden located in Garden Grove, CA.
The team at Cottage Industries had seen my 36 days of type challenge and wanted to have a mural design inspired by my letters composed of illustrations. Since it was going in their community garden, they wanted a phrase that embodied the growth they were cultivating in the space and they had offered several suggestions. Being an avid Fleetwood Mac fan, I gravitated towards this play on one of their songs that was pitched.
Mural was digitally illustrated and transferred over via projection, hand painted over the course of a few days.
